The front desk we wished existed.
Simply Arrived started with a simple observation: in a small practice, the person a visitor came to see rarely knows they’ve arrived. Someone interrupts a session to walk down the hall, or the visitor sits unnoticed. The fix didn’t need to be complicated — a quiet tap on an iPad, and the right person’s phone buzzes.
We’re a small company in Oklahoma, and we keep the product as small as the problem: no visitor accounts, no logins, no long-term records. Check-in data deletes itself after seven days because we don’t want to hold it any longer than you do. We never ask a visitor why they’re here, so the sensitive part of your work never enters our system at all.
If it matters to your practice how a vendor treats people’s information, that’s exactly the customer we built this for.
