SMS Terms and Conditions

The Program sends an automated text message to a designated staff member’s mobile number each time a client or visitor checks in at a participating business’s kiosk location. This is an operational/informational messaging program and is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Staff members are enrolled in the Program by their employer as part of that business’s use of the Simply Arrived kiosk service, in order to receive operational notifications relevant to their role. Enrollment is managed by the participating business on behalf of its staff, with each staff member’s knowledge and agreement.

Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out of receiving further messages from the Program. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may be re-enrolled only through your employer’s normal Program enrollment process.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating wireless carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers.

The Program is intended for use by staff members of participating businesses who are 18 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or these Terms, at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the Program is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy, which describes how information collected through the Program is used and protected.
