What you need, and how setup works.
Simply Arrived is coming soon — the app isn’t available to download yet. Here’s exactly what to expect, and what you can already do to be ready on day one.
How you’ll get started
We reach out
When we launch, everyone on the waitlist hears from us first — with everything you need to get your organization's account created.
You get your invite
An email invitation to your dashboard, where you add your team, upload your logo, and make the kiosk yours. Setup is designed to take minutes, and our help guide is built right in.
Download the app
Simply Arrived will be a free download on the Apple App Store. Install it on your iPad like any other app.
Pair your iPad
Your dashboard gives you a 6-character pairing code. Enter it once, and the kiosk pulls in everything automatically — branding, team, and settings.
What you can do today
Three things worth doing now, so launch day is a five-minute job instead of a shopping trip.
Choose your iPad
Details below — but the short version is that almost any iPad from the last several years works. No need to buy anything high-end.
Plan your kiosk spot
A counter or wall location near your entrance, at a comfortable height, with a power outlet within reach — the kiosk stays plugged in and always on.
Join the waitlist
That's how you'll hear from us first — one email when it's ready, nothing else.
Which iPad do I need?
Simply Arrived is a lightweight app — it doesn’t need high-end hardware. Any current iPad works well, and most iPads from the last several years are fully supported.
If you’re buying new specifically for a kiosk, the standard base-model iPad is the practical choice — there’s no need for a Pro model’s extra power for this use case. If you already have an older iPad sitting around, there’s a good chance it’ll work fine too.
iPadOS 17 or later
Most iPads originally sold from 2019 onward meet this.
Recommended kiosk stand
A good stand keeps the iPad secure, at a comfortable height, and clearly signals “this is for you” to arriving clients. Look for one that’s lockable (so the device can’t walk away) and covers the Home or side button (so guests can’t leave the app).
We like Bosstab’s lockable stands — their Elite range is key-lockable, fits the standard iPads we recommend, and comes in desktop, wall, and floor versions depending on your space.
We’re not affiliated with Bosstab — it’s simply a product line that fits this use case well.
When you set up, we’ll also show you how to lock the iPad to just the Simply Arrived app — a built-in iPad feature that takes about two minutes to turn on.
Pricing
Pricing will be announced at launch — we’re keeping it simple, and waitlist members will see it first.
