How Staff Opt In to SMS Alerts

Simply Arrived notifies staff members by text message when a client or visitor checks in for them at a kiosk. End users are staff members of a business using the Simply Arrived platform. Staff members opt in by completing and signing a written consent form provided by their employer as part of standard onboarding, with the staff member’s knowledge and agreement. This is an offline, employer-facilitated opt-in — not a website form or SMS keyword.

The consent form staff members sign states, in full:

Service Description: Upon opting in, you will receive automated SMS notifications sent directly to your mobile phone when a client or visitor checks in at the front desk or via our digital kiosk.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive one (1) text alert per scheduled client arrival.

Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out & Support: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by sending an email to admin@simplyarrived.com. Reply HELP to any message for help.

“YES, I explicitly consent and agree” to receive automated text message notifications from Simply Arrived regarding client arrivals at the mobile number provided above. I understand that consent is not a condition of employment/contract, and I can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
